Your feed looks like a brand. Not a Canva template.
Sophia is the image designer on the social media team. She creates every visual asset the content needs: Instagram carousels with real numbers, quote cards for LinkedIn and X, reel covers that stand out in the feed, and branded templates that keep your brand visually consistent. No stock-photo filler, no generic templates — every visual follows your brand board.
In practice: when Lena delivers a caption with three data points, Sophia builds the matching carousel. When Clara produces a reel, Sophia designs the cover. When Natascha wants a weekly quote post, Sophia delivers the quote card in your brand colors — orange on black, Bebas Neue, glow effect, no pastel tones. Every asset sized right for every platform.
Sophia works from the brand board: black as the background, orange and gold as accents, no bright fields, no clipart. She uses the fixed typefaces (Impact/Bebas Neue for headlines, Montserrat/Inter for body) and sticks strictly to the color rules — no pastels, no light blue, no white backgrounds.
Her workflow: she gets the finished copy from Lena or the script from Clara, picks the right visual format, designs the asset and hands it to QA (Magdalena). Feedback gets worked in visually, not redesigned from scratch. She reports directly to Natascha and coordinates closely with Lena and Clara so that text, image and video line up.
Sophia doesn't ship approval-ready files for direct upload — every asset goes through the QA brand check before it enters the editorial calendar.
