How Many
Hours Do You
Get Back?

Stop guessing. Enter your tasks, set the hours/week for each one. You'll see instantly: which agent takes over what, how much of it, how many hours you get back by the end of the month — and converted into euros, what that reclaimed time is worth.

75%
An agent takes over three-quarters of your routine hours. You don't get this time back "later" — you get it every week, every month, all year.

What the Numbers Mean.

An approximation — not a guarantee. Three things you should know before you turn the numbers above into a plan.

1. Coverage isn't replacement.

An agent takes over the routine — you stay in charge of strategy and decisions. The hours you get back don't disappear — you put them somewhere else. Family, more clients, fewer weekends at the desk. That's the real leverage.

2. Setup is finite, maintenance is minimal.

14 days to live. After that, 1–2 hours of maintenance a month — that's it. No hidden onboarding costs, no skill half-life, no resignations or sick days. As for the coverage rate: the numbers above are real-world figures from 150+ live setups. In well-run setups we often reach even more — Inbox Managers regularly hit 95%+ coverage in production.

3. The coverage % is calculated conservatively.

We calculate the rate we guarantee after setup — not the peak number. In the first quarter, coverage typically runs 5–10 percentage points above what's shown here, once the agent knows your style, your edge cases and your escalation logic. The number in the calculator shows you the conservative baseline.

The honest takeaway

The calculator tells you how many hours an agent can realistically give you back. It doesn't tell you whether your task is cleanly automatable in the first place. Before you start, ask: Do I have clear processes? An owner? Success metrics? If yes — the numbers speak for themselves. If no — the hours stay theoretical, no matter how big they look here.
