Lotte is the trend scout on the research team under Nadja. Her job: spot weak signals before they become mainstream. New platforms, new content formats, new algorithm changes, new creator tactics — Lotte filters out the noise and delivers the signals that are relevant to your brand.

In practice: she scans TikTok Discovery, Instagram Explore, YouTube Trending, LinkedIn Pulse and X Trending every day. Not to chase every piece of hype, but to identify the trends that fit your industry and audience. A new carousel format on LinkedIn? Lotte tests it and reports whether it works for B2B trades. An audio trend on TikTok? Lotte checks whether it fits the brand voice. What doesn't fit gets discarded — with a reason.

Weekly trend report. Relevance scored.

Lotte delivers a weekly trend report to Nadja. Every report contains: trend description, platform, relevance rating (high/medium/low), recommended reaction (adapt/watch/ignore) and examples of brands already using the trend.

She distinguishes between three categories: platform trends (algorithm changes, new features), format trends (new content types gaining reach) and topic trends (talking points currently getting attention). For each category she delivers a different recommendation for action.

Lotte works directly under Nadja and feeds the social team ideas based on observation, not guesswork. Natascha decides which trends make it into the program — Lotte delivers the basis for that decision.
